In order to give you as many options as possible to pay for your order we work together with several payment providers, underneath you'll find all the options we offer. We don't charge any fees when you use one of these options.

If you select English Pounds, American Dollars or Canadian dollars the prices are automatically converted based on the foreign exchange rate. You will be charged based on the selected currency.

Unfortunately we can't help you out when you have problems while processing your payment, please contact your bank/payment provider directly.

PayPal

When will I be charged?
PayPal payments are usually credited within a few minutes.

What sort of payment confirmation will I receive?
You will receive a seperate payment confirmation from PayPal.

Can I pay by PayPal without creating a PayPal account?
Yes, in order to do so select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout. At the end of the ordering process, you will be directed to PayPal. If you prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and you can enter your card details and confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

What happens if I make a return?
The amount will be credited to your PayPal account, unless you have paid as a guest. In that case, the amount will be credited to your bank account.

Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication. These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorised use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquiries.

What is Apple Pay?

Secure?
When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and unique transaction code. So your card number is never stored on your device or on Apple servers, and when you pay, your card numbers are never shared by Apple with merchants.

Sofort Banking

What is SOFORT
SOFORT Banking is a European-wide payment method which allows shoppers to pay for their purchases without having to create an account. Customers use their personal online banking credentials to log in and transfer money from their bank account.

In which countries is SOFORT available?
SOFORT Banking is available in Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Poland. It works with most consumer banks from these countries.

How does SOFORT Banking work?
When you choose to pay through SOFORT Banking, you are redirected to SOFORT Banking’s online banking environment. Here you choose your country and bank. You log in with your own online banking credentials and are shown your account(s). You can then choose which account you want to transfer the payment from. Finally, the payment is authorised and you are returned to our webstore.

When will I be charged?
SOFORT banking payments are usually credited directly.

Is it safe?
SOFORT Banking has a TÜV certificate which guarantees the safety of using it as a payment method.

Giropay

What is Giropay?
Germany’s most popular way to pay online is the bank transfer, used in 51% of all online purchases. This makes Giropay, integrating over 1,500 German banks, a very popular payment method on the German market.

In which countries is Giropay available?
Only in Germany.

How does Giropay work?
When you choose to pay with Giropay the payment process is as follows:
- You select your bank from the list of participating banks.
- After selecting the bank, you log in to the online banking environment.
- In the online banking environment you can review the prefilled payment details.
- If all the information is correct you authorize the payment.

When will I be charged?
Giropay payments are usually credited directly.

iDEAL

What is iDEAL
iDEAL is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

In which countries is iDEAL available?
Only in The Netherlands.

How does it work?
You can pay using your own online banking environment. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the your bank. Upon checking out, please select the iDEAL payment method, followed by your bank. Your then forwarded to the online banking environment of your bank and asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and further payment details are already filled in, you only need to authorise the payment. When this is done, the bank immediately confirms the payment and you are returned to our webshop.

Bancontact

What is Bancontact?

Bancontact is a Belgium payment scheme and is the Belgian market leader when it comes to electronic payments, with over 15 million Bancontact cardholders. More than 80% of Belgian webstores allow payments through Bancontact. Banks issuing Bancontact branded cards are ABK Bank, Argenta, AXA Bank, Bank J. Van Breda, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, bpost bank, CBC Banque, CPH Banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING België, KBC Bank, Keytrade Bank, Nagelmackers, Record Bank and VDK Spaarbank.

In which countries is Bancontact available?
Only in Belgium.

How does Bancontact work?
When you choose to pay through Bancontact, you are forwarded to your own trusted Bancontact environment. Here you can choose to pay by entering your card details, or by app. Then you choose which of your linked cards you like to pay through, you enter their pin and finally authorise the payment!

When will I be charged?
Bancontact banking payments are usually credited directly.

Klarna

Please note that Klarna is not available for UK customers.

Pay Later
With Pay Later, the entire amount is paid at a later date. The term is 30 days and starts from the moment the order is shipped.
Available in: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway

Financing
With Financing the amount is spread over several terms, with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 36 months. Klarna charges interest on this.
Available in: Germany, Austria, Finland, Norway

Pay in 3
With Pay in 3, the amount is spread out interest-free over three instalments. The first part is debited when the order is shipped, the second part 30 days after shipment and the last part is automatically debited after 60 days.
Available in: Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Ireland, UK, Sweden, Denmark

Pay Now
With Pay Now you can pay directly, in most cases via direct bank transfer, direct debit or card payment. Available in: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Finland, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark

How does Klarna work
You select Klarna as your preferred online payment method, and enters your address on the Klarna payment page. The transaction is processed by Klarna.

Ordering

How do I order?

Well, that's simple! Just add an item to your cart and click on check out on the cart page. After you provide us with your details (so we know to whom and where we have to ship the order to) proceed to the shipping method where we will tell you what the costs are. After selecting your preferred payment method simply click on 'purchase order' and approve the transaction. Now sit tight and we'll get it to you as soon as possible!

What's the status of my order?

If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your account.


Step 1 - Go to my orders.


Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.


Step 3 - Click on details.


You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.


Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).


The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.

Is VAT included in the price?

For all EU countries VAT is included. Shipments outside Europe are excluding VAT and (if applicable) custom taxes.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

We prefer not to, but if you need a modification to your order, please send us as quickly as possible an email to support@mr-riegillio.com. Once the package has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Delivery

How long does it take to delivery my package?

We do our very best to ship the items as soon as possible. In most cases we will send it within 1 business day.

Usualy orders to NL, BE, DE, UK and the US are delivered the next working day. Other EU countries 2 working days and the rest of the world between 3-5 working days.

What if I miss the first delivery attempt?

This depends on what your country of residence is and which courier you selected while checking out. Please keep an eye on tracking when it is shipped. When the order can't be delivered at the first attempt you might be able to make a new delivery appointment or get it transferred to a pick up location.  

Can I change my address details after I placed an order?

If you want to change your address details after placing an order, please reach out to support@mr-riegillio.com as soon as possible. 

I received a damaged parcel. What do I do?

Receiving a damaged parcel is always annoying. If you received a damaged parcel,

1. You need to report the damage within 2 days after delivery;

2. And fill in paperwork within 3 days.

A claim needs to be done within 7 days of delivery. If you are too late and we are unable to file a claim at the carrier in time, we cannot solve the issue and it is unfortunately your loss. 

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

Want to return or exchange something? No problem at all! Happy to help you out! We are currently implementing an automated Return & Exchange center, in the meantime we would like to ask you to create a tickethere. Our Customer Service team will come back to you pronto!
